Our story began 30 years ago, founded in 1993 as a Research and Innovation Organization to pioneer new technologies in Healthcare, Energy, Food, Water and Quality of Life with multi-disciplinary expertise in the fields of Science and Technology to overcome pressing challenges and progress with a promising trajectory of bringing a better life to the world.
Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar

Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar is a renowned Indian scientist, inventor, and philosopher with degrees in physics, microelectronics, medical engineering, and business administration. He has over 30 years of expertise in biophysics, nanotechnology, radiobiology, and medical engineering, holding more than 170 patents, including the groundbreaking Cytotron used for cancer treatment and Haemoseis 256, a 3D vasculography tool for cardiac care. His work spans diverse areas such as regenerative tissue engineering, cardiovascular modeling, and sustainable energy solutions like SPARSE fuel enrichment. His agricultural inventions, such as the Hypersonic Precipitation system for water-efficient irrigation, aim to tackle water scarcity. Dr. Kumar has contributed to environmental technology with inventions like AQUATRON for water recovery and TMDR for crude oil processing. He has also pioneered phytomining techniques for extracting gold and identified new deposits in the Western Ghats.
Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar is a member of several prestigious international organizations and serves as the chairman of Organization De Scalene Foundation and other global entities. He is the member of the United Inventors Association (UIAUS), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a Fellow of United Writer’s Association (UWA), a Member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and Genetic Society of America (GSA). He is also an advisor for the International Organization for educational development (IOED), an UN organization for environment, tourism, culture, and art.
He is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the Rotary International Vocational Excellence Award (2001), the Indi-Global Chamber Award of Excellence (2017), The Indian Achievers Award for Healthcare (2017) and the Champion of Challenge (2023).
